We love making these easy, protein filled smoothies. They’re so good for breakfast, but made a great dessert as well. And they only take a few minutes to make.
Strawberry Mango Papaya Tofu Smoothie
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
½ pkg. soft tofu (We like House Foods brand)
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh papaya (peeled, seeded, and chopped)
1 cup frozen mango cubes
1/2 banana
1 cup fresh papaya (peeled, seeded, and chopped)
1 cup frozen mango cubes
1/2 banana
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. So easy. So good.
These are also delicious frozen into popsicles!
