well first off I went on here to see how to use olive oil to get rid of
matted fur on cats and she is not talking about that at all! she is saying
to use it to get rid of tangles and if its a matt take the cat to a groomer
. Maybe the title should of been how to get rid of tangles using olive oil,
then I would not of wasted my time watching this video.

This really has helped!!! I know that if I try to brush through my cat’s
“mats” he hates it, because he is obviously in pain, but this really has
been a good alternative. P.S. I’d rather have “slightly” greasy fur vs him
having an infection. Ps. If the “greasiness” is a problem then you are
probably using too much. I’d rather avoid “a loud scream” by researching
    more effective options. #morons.

if you cut them out with scissors, only cut about half, (3/4 max, if your
skillful), and brush the rest out. if you cut the cat, prepare for a loud
scream, and prepare to be injured yourself. if the cat is resist-ive, just
do one mat at a time… patience
